This quote means that when you tell one lie it leads to another and then it could affect people's lives.There is a lot and examples for this am going to give you guys an example for you guys could understand it better. For example if you say one lie and then that person you are saying the lie to asks you another question that has to do with that you are going to say another lie and sometimes it could lead to a big lie and you cold hurt people feelings that why you never suppose to lie.Especially you don't suppose to lie to the people that is important to you because they will not have trust on you and that relationship that you had will never be the same. Maybe they will forgive you but not forget about it because they will always have it on their mind that you lied and they won't trust you everything and that relationship well never be the same. That's why you don't want to lie because you could hurt the people around you and then no one will like you and they will never have that trust to you the way you guys had it before you lied to he or she.Sometimes a lie will be a little lie to you but that one lie could mean so much to the other person and you will even lose their relationship and you don't want around lying then no one is going to want to talk to you.
