Student Success Statement “Goodness is the only investment that never fails.” By Henry Thoreau What this success statement means to me is that when you do good it will never let you down. In other words if you were to make an investment as long as it's for a good cause it will always prosper because you're doing it for someone else other than yourself. This quote reminds me of something that I want to do when I grow up. I want to open up my own practice and help all the sick. I feel like I could never go wrong with helping other people. I think that this is what Henry was trying to say is that you should do something for others instead of being selfish and wanting just a good life for yourself. This is another way we can choose the right and life always presents us with these opportunities. When we do what is right good things happen and you can never fail. In conclusion invest in things that will help other people other than yourself  because if you do what's righ

Student success statement “It is our duty to concentrate all our influence to make popular that which is sound and good and unpopular that which is unwound” ( not good ) In life we can't win all the time, because sometimes we are not bound to it. Win is not the most important thing, the most important thing is to be real, to be honest and live choosing the right in our choices. Many people think is better to win than to be honest, but that's wrong if we always choose the right we can get good things. Teenagers often are choosing the wrong because they hang out with bad people and they let go with their friend even though they know that they  are bad things to do, so think before you act in life, and if you choose the right be sure, things come out right in your life. Don't act like whatever in life, act honestly and be always true because we all are bound to live honestly, and no matter if you're not bound to win, the most important thing is to be bound to be true.
How was my spring break? Some of the the things I did over spring break was watching a lot of movies and videos on YouTube. I also spend a lot of time with  my family. Like I had said before I watched movies one of them was The Fate of the Furious it was great I loved it. That movie is about how sometimes you have to fight against the people you love or you could say betrayed the people you love care about. In my point of view this movies said that  sometime the love and bond you have you have with your love ones there is going to be something or someone that is going to put that bond in a test.  I didn't really play any sports during spring break but I did use the bike almost everyday. A ctr experience that I seen in spring break was when my family and I were doing food outside a homeless guy approach to the fence and he was beer footed and he ask for some food my father gave him a plate of food for him to eat after that I felt great because i knew we were doing the right thing
Student Success Statement “Iam not bound to win,but i am bound to be true. I must stand with anybody that stands right, and stand with him while he is right, and part with him while he goes wrong.” By: Abraham Lincoln What this success statement means to me is that in life you will not always win and that is okay. As long as you stay true yourself then at least you win there. This quote by Abraham Lincoln has told me that we must always choose the right because it will never go wrong. To stand by others only if they are right and to learn to let go if they are doing wrong. This can be hard sometimes to do because sometimes we are blinded by what we see because of what we feel. I understand what this quote means and the intention of it is to make people see that they have a choice. Their future is impacted because of the choice they make today. People can choose to stick to it or stay away from it and it all depends on how you see it, your judgement. Choosing the right or doing t

Student success statement “Character is higher than intellect.” by:Ralph Waldo Emerson The quote is amazing i really love the message that it sending us. I agree with Ralph Waldo he is  the one the wrote this amazing quote. This quote is telling us that character is way more important than intelligence. For example if in aren't just intelligent and you don't have no good character then what's the whole point of being smart. Character it a big part of being success in the world because if you don't have a great character then what are you then.Character means when people are enthusiastic, happy, choose the right, help others, and there's a lot more .An example of being intelligent and having a good character is like when you are in sports and activities at your school not only your brain needs to work but you also need to.So choose the right and have character too. Always keep in mind that character higher than intellect.
