I believe this quote is true because when you are with bad company they tell you to drink and do drugs.When are alone you are not being offered to do bad thing but i also don't believe that there is perfection in this world because everyone does mistakes.Also when you are alone you don't do anything bad you study and focus on good thing like doing your homework graduating and more things. I also believe that even though you hang out with bad company doesn't mean that you are going to do the same things that they do like drugs don't go to school.I also think that even though they tell you and tell it doesn't mean you are going to do it.I preferred to be alone than being with bad company and up doing the same thing as they do. Being alone doesn't mean that you are a loner it means that you just want to be alone than to be with fake people and with people that don't even care about you and they just want you to do bad things like they do. So if you br a CTR person you will never fall in that stuff and choose the right. I like i had said before there is no one that is perfect in this world and everyone does thing that are bad but sometimes you do it without wanting to and  don't think that you are hurting yourself.
