“World war ll”

What are the dates for ww2?
World War 2 was fought between two groups of countries. On one side were the Axis Powers, including Germany, Italy and Japan. On the other side were the Allies. They included Britain, France, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, India, the Soviet Union, China and the United States of America. As the name suggested, events of World War II took place across the globe. Most of the combat action took place in Europe, East Asia, and islands in the Pacific Ocean, but others were seen in places as far away as Madagascar and the Aleutian Islands. Countries such as Poland, China, Russia, and Germany saw their territories directly involved in war and suffered terribly; countries such as the United States and Canada were relatively far from the action, but their citizens still fought a robust home front providing war goods for their men abroad. There is a lot of ways you could honor and show respect for the world war 2 veterans. Am going to give you guys some examples by showing them and honoring the veterans in the world war 2 one of them are  Post a message on a social network thanking our veterans.  You never know who is reading your posts and just needed to hear “thank you.” Hug a veteran.earn about the veterans in your family.  Do you know if anyone in your family served in the military? If you own a business, offer a special Veteran’s Day discount.
Teach your children about Veterans Day and how thankful we should be for the service of our soldiers.Place flowers/flags on the graves of veterans Send a “Cheer” postcard to military families and Cheerios will donate $1 to the USO for each postcard they receive. ) Ask your company to name Veterans Day an official company holiday.  A 2010 poll by SHRM found that only 21% of companies planned to observe the holiday this year.
Say “thank you.”  It’s such a small, simple gesture that is completely disproportionate to the sacrifice soldiers make for us, but they really do appreciate it. Stop by your local war memorial and say a silent thank you to those who died while serving the country. These are some ways you could honor and show them respect it doesn't finish there their is a lot more ways you could honor veterans.Don't forget and thank the veterans for serving our country.
